1. Cancellation Time Frame: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge.
2. Cancellation After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, they are generally not eligible for refunds once they have been downloaded or accessed.
