CARROT WHEAT PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
Whole Wheat Flour, Carrot, Water & Salt.
Servings per Package: 4
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes.
STEP 2:Add 200g pasta and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes.
STEP 3: Filter excess water in boiled pasta and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.
STEP 4: Add oil in a hot pan and fry well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, vegetable of your choice & tomato.
STEP 5: Add pasta masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled pasta along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.
STEP 6: Now the delicious Carrot wheat pasta is ready to serve.
